Burley Manor is a striking Grade II–listed Victorian manor house dating from 1852, nestled within 8 acres of landscaped parkland and adjacent to a red‑deer sanctuary in the heart of Hampshire’s New Forest.

41 stylish rooms and suites combine historic charm (beamed ceilings, antique furniture) with modern comforts (roll‑top baths, Temple Spa amenities). Unique options include shepherd’s huts overlooking the deer park.

The restaurant offers modern British cuisine with Mediterranean touches, showcasing seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The menu blends comforting classics with refined dishes—like lamb rump, sole Véronique, and twice-baked soufflé—alongside steaks, burgers, and vibrant salads. With options fordiets and a focus on New Forest produce, the dining experience is elegant yet relaxed, rooted in countryside charm.
Offering a continental breakfast and with an option to upgrade to cooked breakfast for an additional cost.

Burley Manor is located in the village of Burley, just 10 minutes off the A31 to Bournemouth, with wild ponies and cattle roaming free and miles of ancient walking paths.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note that the hotel hosts weddings and private functions with music throughout the year. Disruption is kept to a minimum.
We are pet friendly and charge £15.00 per night for up to two dogs, which includes a doggy welcome pack.
Continental is included in some rates and cooked breakfasts are available at an additional cost.

Small Double Room. This snug room is located in the main part of the manor house. Guests can enjoy amenities such as Temple Spa toiletries, unlimited mineral water, numerous pillows and a generous supply of tea, coffee and homemade cookies for extra comfort. Please note, dogs cannot be accommodated in this room. ;
Classic Double Room. The bold Classic Double rooms offerthe amenities of the Small Double Room, with that extra bit of space. The rooms feature a traditional and individually designed decor throughout. Two of which are pet friendly. ;
Deluxe Double or Twin Room. Located in the main house or garden wing, these spacious twin rooms offers free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with Freeview and most rooms have a view of the surrounding gardens or forest. ;
Suite. The Garden Suites enjoy a spacious seating area with a private balcony leading down to the landscaped gardens. Each suite offers a king-sized bed, free WiFi, Freeview TV, bathrobes and slippers and Temple Spa toiletries. These rooms are located in the garden wing and many enjoy views of the surrounding woodland or neighbouring deer park,are pet friendly ;
Executive Double Room. These rooms are located in the Manor, and many enjoy views of the surrounding woodland or the neighbouring deer park. These deluxe rooms offer a king-sized bed, bathrobes and slippers, Temple Spa toiletries, free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. ;
Deluxe Double Room. These large double rooms are located in the Garden Wing and offer a king-size bed, free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with Freeview. Bold fabrics and bespoke furniture gives each room its own individual character and decor. Most rooms have views over the neighbouring deer park. ;
Classic Single Room. Providing free toiletries, this single room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. This single room features a tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, garden views, as well as chocolate for guests. The unit offers 1 bed. ;
